In Riyadh, H.E. Mrs Nialé KABA, Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, host country for the inaugural edition of the Gulf-Arab Africa Strategic Partnership Initiative (GAASPI), accompanied by Gravitas Sovereign and Strategic Advisory, met with H.E. Mr. Abdullah KH ALMUSAIBEEH, President of BADEA, for discussions covering several areas of common interest, including GAASPI.
GAASPI is designed to establish a structured, long-term partnership between Africa and the Gulf, whose interests are increasingly aligned, built around dialogue, investment and strategic collaboration, with the broader Arab world as a natural partner in this dynamic.
BADEA is a founding partner of Gravitas in the Gulf-Arab Africa Strategic Partnership Initiative, and its President, H.E. Mr. Abdullah KH ALMUSAIBEEH, is an official Champion of the initiative.
The discussions were an opportunity to advance the GAASPI-related initiatives and mechanisms that Gravitas Sovereign and Strategic Advisory has been developing with its partners, including BADEA, and to touch on the strategic priorities of the initiative: strengthening institutional dialogue, mobilising investment, and laying the foundations of a lasting economic corridor between Africa, the Gulf and the wider Arab world.
Gravitas is grateful to H.E. Mr. Abdullah KH ALMUSAIBEEH and to BADEA for their continued trust and engagement in advancing this shared vision.
As preparations continue toward the inaugural summit in Abidjan, and ahead of further diplomatic engagements across the Gulf, GAASPI is steadily building the architecture of a new chapter in Africa-Gulf cooperation.
