On the sidelines of the Africa Investment Forum 2025, we met with H.E. Nialé Kaba, Minister of Economy, Planning and Development of Côte d’Ivoire, for a high-level exchange on the country’s strategic priorities and the latest progress of GAASPI – Gulf-Arab Africa Strategic Partnership Initiative.

H.E. Nialé Kaba highlighted Côte d’Ivoire’s clear and ambitious vision, by highlighting the priorities of the new five-year national development plan, the need to strengthen an investor-friendly environment, and the importance of advancing women’s economic empowerment.

Our CEO, Ansoumane CAMARA, reaffirmed a shared goal: positioning GAASPI as a strategic lever that complements existing initiatives and further strengthens Gulf-Africa cooperation.
