Aïcha Gaaya is a Strategy & Partnerships leader with over a decade of experience leading transformation programmes, public-private initiatives, and partnerships. She has worked with governments, multilateral institutions and private sector leaders to design and implement high-impact programmes powered by technology, data, and cross-sector collaboration.
She has worked across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia and Oceania, supporting senior officials and executive in navigating in shaping and delivering transformation at scale and positive outcome, bridging consulting, governance, and business development.
She graduated from Sciences Po Paris and studied at the Bocconi University.
