Dan leads the firm’s global strategic partnerships (excluding the Middle East). A seasoned executive with a background in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and policy advocacy, Dan previously served as Regional Head of Partnerships (Africa) at the Tony Blair Institute and as Head of Strategy and Architecture for BBC Worldwide and the BBC. He has also held executive technology roles with multiple private sector companies and startups across mobile, media, and marketing.

He specialises in securing investments and negotiating complex agreements, having successfully managed commercial and developmental collaborations with leading organisations such as Microsoft, Standard Chartered Group, SpaceX, and African governments to drive infrastructure and AI governance projects. A serial entrepreneur, Dan has also founded and led several successful startups across the UK and Africa. He is a certified executive business coach, enterprise architect, and restaurateur, and holds a degree in Computer Science from King’s College London.
