Justine Usabyimana is a Deal Advisory Manager with experience in strategy, consulting, and finance across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. She began her career in mergers and acquisitions before moving into strategic consulting, where she advised clients on strategic and operational challenges across African and Middle East. She has since built expertise at the intersection of strategic advisory and transaction finance, with exposure to institutional and sovereign stakeholders across Africa and the Gulf region. She holds a Master in Finance from the Magistère Banque Finance Assurance at Université Paris Dauphine and a Master in Management from ESSEC.
