Ansoumane Camara is the Founder & CEO of Gravitas Sovereign and Strategic Advisory. With extensive experience advising governments, multilateral institutions, and policymakers on economic strategy, public finance, and institutional reform, he has played a key role in economic policymaking, sovereign negotiations, fiscal policy development, and design and implementation of large-scale governmental and diplomatic initiatives.
He has worked across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and North America, supporting heads of state, ministers, and senior officials in navigating complex economic and political challenges. A graduate of Sciences Po, LSE, Harvard Kennedy School, and Oxford, he brings a strategic and multidisciplinary approach to governance, bridging diplomacy, economic policy, and global public affairs.

Lina continues to advise governments and investors on trade, investment, and cross-sector collaboration in emerging markets. At Gravitas, she drives cross-regional partnerships and leads strategic initiatives to expand economic impact and foster innovation.
As Senior Manager Partnerships International at Gravitas, Caroline leads strategic alliances with international institutions and multinational companies. Leveraging her experience in high-stakes environments, Caroline refines vision, streamlines operations, and fosters a culture of trust and efficiency. She is passionate about aligning strategy with execution, empowering leaders to make informed and sustainable decisions.
As a founding executive at Omran, the Sultanate of Oman's public enterprise for driving investment in the tourism and hospitality sector, she developed the organization’s 10-year corporate strategy and advanced key frameworks in marketing, communications, CSR, and responsible tourism. Her work influenced major tourism development agreements and contributed to shaping Oman’s investment and tourism laws.
Dana has also held senior roles at HSBC and InterContinental Hotels Group, where she led brand, communications, and high-profile event strategies. At Petroleum Development Oman, she spearheaded projects in environmental sustainability, local content, and women’s empowerment, contributing to Oman’s 2040 Vision and global UNSDG goals.

In her current role as Senior Manager, Public Relations & Communications, Olfa focuses on enhancing media visibility and refining strategic messaging. She specializes in strategic communication and media relations, ensuring the design and execution of impactful and coherent communication strategies.
Patrick led the full design and delivery of flagship platforms, including the inaugural Africa Investment Forum hosted by the AfDB in Johannesburg, South Africa, welcoming over 4,500 participants and 12 African heads of state over 2 events. At the World Economic Forum, he managed the organization and programming of the World Economic Forum on Africa Summits as well as all Africa related events at Davos. Patrick specializes in high-level event execution, stakeholder engagement, and convenings that drive meaningful partnerships and investment. At Gravitas, Patrick leads the overall event aspecst of the Gulf-Africa Strategic Partnership Initiative (GASPI), an initiave of Gravitas Sovereign and Strategic Advisory, gathering over 20 heads of states from Africa and their counterparts in the Gulf.
Marie is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Grégoire is based in Geneva, Switzerland.
He has led major e-government initiatives, supported regulatory reforms, and helped build national cybersecurity frameworks to strengthen institutional efficiency and technological resilience.
Since 2025, he has been a member of Senegal’s National Digital Council (CNN), contributing to digital policy and the development of the digital economy.
At Gravitas, Mohamadou leads strategic digital initiatives and innovation, specializing in IT governance, cybersecurity, and digital public policy.
As Senior Manager, Digital at Gravitas, Oumar advises public and private sector clients across ten African countries. He helps organizations design and implement digital strategies that enhance service delivery, drive financial inclusion, and strengthen institutional resilience in an increasingly digital economy.
Based in Paris, she has worked with prestigious international organizations such as the OECD and Big Four firms like EY, advising major financial institutions including BNP Paribas, Société Générale, Citi Bank, and Groupe BPCE.
A graduate of HEC Paris, Fatou has developed expertise in corporate finance, financial process optimization, and governance.
