Ansoumane Camara is the Founder & CEO of Gravitas Sovereign and Strategic Advisory. With extensive experience advising governments, multilateral institutions, and policymakers on economic strategy, public finance, and institutional reform, he has played a key role in economic policymaking, sovereign negotiations, fiscal policy development, and design and implementation of large-scale governmental and diplomatic initiatives.
He has worked across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and North America, supporting heads of state, ministers, and senior officials in navigating complex economic and political challenges. A graduate of Sciences Po, LSE, Harvard Kennedy School, and Oxford, he brings a strategic and multidisciplinary approach to governance, bridging diplomacy, economic policy, and global public affairs.

Mark Miller is the Director of Economic and Public Policy at Gravitas. With over two decades of experience in international finance, economic strategy, and public finance, Mark previously served as Director of Strategy at ODI Global, a leading global affairs think tank.
There, he oversaw research and advisory work in development and public finance, building strategic partnerships with governments and major multilateral organizations across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
With extensive experience in governance, public sector management, and development partnerships, Piet has worked with the World Bank, bilateral development agencies, and Regional Development Banks. He has led large-scale projects, managed full project cycles from procurement to evaluation, and fostered collaboration between governments and donors. His expertise includes public financial management, decentralization, civil service reform, and infrastructure development. He has also spearheaded high-impact partnerships and fundraising initiatives across Asia, Africa, the MENA region, and Europe.
Piet is an Advisor, Financial Management at Gravitas, specializing in financial governance and institutional development. He provides strategic guidance on fiscal management and capacity-building initiatives, supporting organizations in strengthening their financial systems and governance frameworks.
Clovis OUEDRAOGO is an economist specializing in public policy evaluation and data-driven solutions. A graduate of Panthéon-Sorbonne University, he has focused on cryptocurrency regulation and SME financing in Africa, addressing critical and evolving challenges.
With experience in international institutions and consulting, he helps organizations make forward-thinking, impactful decisions.

With a background in strategic management and international business, she has led transformative initiatives in both public and private sectors—ranging from high-speed rail feasibility in North Africa to energy sector innovation across the continent.
At Total, she launched digital services in 38 African countries, building strategic alliances and unlocking new revenue streams. At Shell’s London HQ, she managed key accounts in the Nordics, supporting sustainable energy supply chains in wind, automotive, and construction sectors.
Lina continues to advise governments and investors on trade, investment, and cross-sector collaboration in emerging markets. At Gravitas, she drives cross-regional partnerships and leads strategic initiatives to expand economic impact and foster innovation.

With over 25 years of experience across the oil & gas, tourism, hospitality, and banking sectors, Dana Sarhan has led high-impact initiatives that drive sustainable development and strategic transformation in Oman.
As a founding executive at Omran, the Sultanate of Oman's public enterprise for driving investment in the tourism and hospitality sector, she developed the organization’s 10-year corporate strategy and advanced key frameworks in marketing, communications, CSR, and responsible tourism. Her work influenced major tourism development agreements and contributed to shaping Oman’s investment and tourism laws.
Dana has also held senior roles at HSBC and InterContinental Hotels Group, where she led brand, communications, and high-profile event strategies. At Petroleum Development Oman, she spearheaded projects in environmental sustainability, local content, and women’s empowerment, contributing to Oman’s 2040 Vision and global UNSDG goals.

Tibilé Coulibaly has extensive experience driving economic development, institutional reform, and investment strategies across Africa. She has advised governments, international organizations, and private sector leaders on national policy, corporate governance, and business transformation. Her work has involved close collaboration with ministers, CEOs, and senior officials to address complex socio-economic challenges across the continent. An alumna of EDHEC Business School, she brings a strong blend of financial expertise, strategic insight, and governance acumen to her work.
Tibilé is Senior Manager, Partnerships Africa at Gravitas, where she leads strategic engagement across the continent, supporting inclusive growth and impactful collaboration with key public and private sector stakeholders.
With over four decades of experience in defense and international security, Bruno Clément-Bollée has held high-level leadership roles in the French Armed Forces and international missions across Africa, the Balkans, and the Indian Ocean. He has served as Force Commander in Côte d’Ivoire, Director of Security and Defense Cooperation at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and advisor for post-crisis reintegration efforts (ADDR) at the Presidency of Côte d’Ivoire. His expertise spans military operations, security sector reform, civil-military relations, and peacebuilding. Bruno was also in charge of security affairs in Africa at the French Presidency (J Chirac).
Bruno is Coordinator, Security and Relationship with Host Country at Gravitas, advising on strategic defense issues and fostering strong operational relationships with government counterparts. He brings a wealth of experience in managing complex security environments and promoting stability through cooperation and institutional development.
With over 15 years of experience in international media, Maggie has reported on African market trends for outlets such as CNN, BBC, and CNBC, providing global investors with critical insights to drive economic growth across the continent. At the BBC, she managed BBC Africa’s daily live program, Money Daily. As Managing Director at Mansa Media, she has led strategic media advocacy efforts, crafting compelling narratives and facilitating high-level discussions on Africa's energy sector and economic development. Maggie also serves as an Africa Advisor at the Global Gas Center, providing strategic insights on regional energy dynamics and fostering key partnerships.
Maggie is Senior Manager, Public Relations and Communication (Anglophone Africa and North America) at Gravitas, where she leverages her extensive media expertise and deep understanding of African markets to enhance the organization's visibility and strategic communications across these regions.
Olfa Meer is a strategic communications professional with over 10 years of experience co-leading high-impact public relations and media campaigns for governments, multilateral organizations, and international initiatives. She has co-developed and led national multi-channel campaigns, including Tunisia’s first climate change awareness initiative and a large-scale COVID-19 vaccination drive. She has also supported the training of government spokespersons on crisis communication and countering disinformation, working across both Africa and Europe. She has worked on major events such as the Tunisia Investment Forum and the Africa Investment Forum.
In her current role as Senior Manager, Public Relations & Communications, Olfa focuses on enhancing media visibility and refining strategic messaging. She specializes in strategic communication and media relations, ensuring the design and execution of impactful and coherent communication strategies.
Patrick McGee is a development and investment professional with over 15 years of experience leading strategic initiatives across Africa. He has worked with multilateral institutions, governments and the private sector to drive economic growth and regional integration. At the African Development Bank and the World Economic Forum, Patrick organized major high-level events across the world, bringing together heads of state, ministers, investors and development partners to accelerate investment and policy action in Africa.
Patrick led the full design and delivery of flagship platforms, including the inaugural Africa Investment Forum hosted by the AfDB in Johannesburg, South Africa, welcoming over 4,500 participants and 12 African heads of state over 2 events. At the World Economic Forum, he managed the organization and programming of the World Economic Forum on Africa Summits as well as all Africa related events at Davos. Patrick specializes in high-level event execution, stakeholder engagement, and convenings that drive meaningful partnerships and investment. At Gravitas, Patrick leads the overall event aspecst of the Gulf-Africa Strategic Partnership Initiative (GASPI), an initiave of Gravitas Sovereign and Strategic Advisory, gathering over 20 heads of states from Africa and their counterparts in the Gulf.
Marie Polla Ait Hamza is a Senior Collaborative Designer who guides multinational companies and international organizations through change and innovation. She specializes in crafting immersive, high-impact experiences that engage participants, strengthen commitment, and drive collective impact. Marie helps large, diverse groups navigate complexity, co-build solutions, and map a clear way forward. Having worked across various industries and with international teams in EMEA, she draws on her experience and passion for human interaction to design powerful workshops and long-term interventions.

Grégoire Serikoff is an Innovation Strategy Designer and Facilitator, and a co-founder of Codesign-it and The Value Web. Since 2000, he has designed and facilitated collaborative projects in strategy, transformation, management, learning, and innovation. As a design expert for the World Economic Forum, Grégoire has run multiple sessions in Davos since 2005. He was also a Director within the strategic entity of Capgemini Consulting, leader of the ASE network founded by Ernst & Young, head of mission for Médecins du Monde, and worked for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs after studying journalism at ESJ in Paris.

With over 19 years of experience in digital transformation and cybersecurity, Mohamadou has advised governments, multilateral organizations, and policymakers across Africa on IT governance, public service digitization, and cybersecurity strategy.
He has led major e-government initiatives, supported regulatory reforms, and helped build national cybersecurity frameworks to strengthen institutional efficiency and technological resilience.
Since 2025, he has been a member of Senegal’s National Digital Council (CNN), contributing to digital policy and the development of the digital economy.

He participated in major initiatives at Ecobank, including core system migration and the launch of Rapid Transfer, and held senior roles at UBA Senegal. At Wari, he led the group’s international growth, overseeing strategy, business development, and retail operations. With an entrepreneurial experience as the co-founder of "African Payment Gateway" a leading Processing & interoperability Fintech Platform in Africa together with a solid and confirmed expertise as a senior Consultant at Grant Thornton among the biggest advisory firms n the world , Oumar has a 360° view of the life cycle of organizations.
As Senior Manager, Digital at Gravitas, Oumar advises public and private sector clients across ten African countries. He helps organizations design and implement digital strategies that enhance service delivery, drive financial inclusion, and strengthen institutional resilience in an increasingly digital economy.
Fatou Guissé is a finance professional with 10 years of experience specializing in risk management, banking regulation, and strategic project management.
Based in Paris, she has worked with prestigious international organizations such as the OECD and Big Four firms like EY, advising major financial institutions including BNP Paribas, Société Générale, Citi Bank, and Groupe BPCE.
